I had a bad weekend..Bad food choices and now swollen from so much salt....ughh.
I way up 159.8
4lb gain in 2 days. Has to be mostly water.

I'm getting back on track today and getting my water in.

Hows everyone??

Well, after 10 days (last post was on 10-9-2010) of feeling FAT & FUNKY I finally got the after TOM swoosh. I shot up to 238 last week but today I am at 228.1
I was feeling really discouraged because I was doing all the right things but it was like the scales had a mind of it's own
At my age, 48 TOM doesn't always make a physical appearance but ALWAYS makes his presence know with bloating and weight gain.
So for all those experiencing discouragement, JUST HANG IN THERE
