- my little five year old neighbor took a cheerleader class. She came over to show me her fun outfit... leggings, teeshirt, etc. She looked darling. DH went to see her group do their little cheer at the high school football game. He said it was too cute. She was so excited. It 'cheered' me up thinking about it.

- music videos are so fun - like mini musicals

- went to lunch with a dear friend yesterday

- starbucks coffee on sale - great price. - dh loves it

- lovely coffeetime with Barb yesterday to celebrate her birthday - she is so full of life and always makes me smile
- gave that old pitcher and basin to Suzie - she was sooo delighted
- picked yet another basket of tomatoes from my one plant
- made headway on balancing the Mill accounts
- ordered my Euros for my trip - now it's real
- a quilt show, lunch with my sister and a shore dinner on today's agenda ... fun day ahead

- I did so much better with my food yesterday - I am so grateful

- a really fun evening with friends last night - a cookkout, bonfire, birthday party at their house in the country. So quiet - so many stars.

- I love college football. All our teams won yesterday: Ohio State, Michigan State, University of Southern California Happy day.

- slept over eight hours last night....very unusual for me. I loved it.

- was able to afford to buy a new sewing machine - the "old" one will go to a women's shelter - it's almost brand new but the new one has many more quilting features

- found a fruit loaf in the freezer to take to church for coffeetime

- managed the shore dinner last night without weight gain or high blood sugar

- I have a lovely pitcher of magenta and mauve asters on my desk

- I'm so grateful that I'm alive. After the last ten days of medical chaos, this is not any kind of a joke

- I got to see a pod of beluga whales on my way home from the hospital yesterday!!! Amazingly, incredibly exciting!
