This busy morning I am grateful for
- being healthy - sure the knee hurts but I can cope
- being able to afford this trip
- holding the line on weight and BGL the past month
- having loads of clothes to chose from for packing
- a great kennel for the dogs while I'm away
- returning home in time for Thanksgiving weekend
- a great manicure from my new neighbour Leanna

First and foremost - I am grateful for the habit of daily gratitudes. Even on the worst days - there are always things for which to be grateful.

- grateful for the willingness to keep trying

- the derm. said my skin has healed enough to schedule the surgery, finally

- music

- ice and heat for my pieces and parts

- my family, friends, 3fc folks, facebook, internet, cell phone
