As for me, you guys need to see what I saw this morning. Here are my weights from the weekend:
Fri - 240.2 +.6
Sat - 238.6 -1.4
Sun - 237.8 -.8
Mon - 235.0 -2.8 OMG!!!! I stepped on the scale 7 times just to make sure I wasnt seeing things!!!!!
Needless to say, I am in a pretty darn good mood today. Hoping all of you have wonderful days today!!!
Ona & Love I plan to keep doing what I have been doing all along. Maybe I will just see where I stop. That's my only plan for now. Maybe I will think on it some. I weighed 185 (I think) when I got married. That's not too far off. I think I will leave my ticker for now since that is my life goal, any extra weight loss will be a bonus.
This morning is 255.4, down from my all-time high of 259 last week.
Of course, I know a lot of it is water weight since I'd been eating a lot of fast food, drinking a lot of soda, not drinking any water at all, but still, 255.4 looks a lot better to me than almost 260.

Anyone given any thought to a September Title?
"A weigh-in to September..." is my only contribution. September being a play on remember. not sure how much sense that makes but hopefully someone else can make it better.

Vixsin - first whoosh! awesome.
I whooshed down to 257.1 on Saturday, but my beach day yesterday messed me up and I'm back to 259.7 today. Did great with eating breakfast and lunch. No snacking though and not enough water throughout the day. Ended up at a mexican place at 7 pm and was famished. Didn't do bad there, but I know the sodium is wrecking me. And i'm sunburnt today. So my body needs to repair. I was excited to end the month at my starting weight, because I had to get a new scale in the middle and it weighed me 5 lbs higher than the old. oh well, here's to September! Just got to keep on going, right?
what about, "Weigh me down, when September ends" ha, play on Green Day's song. probably doesn't make much sense... lol
