I'm with those who use the bike shorts, if they are hide-able under your dress. Otherwise, there are some talc-sprays (I know Pure Romance sells it as "Between the Sheets," and I know you can find it at some stores, just do a google search or something), A&D helps prevent/treat chafing (but it is a bit smelly).
