07/18 Sun:50 Min, 3 mile walk with cardio and strength training on exercise tv
07/19 Mon:30 Min, Stairs- yuck!
07/20 Tues:30 Min Stairs, 60 Min walk, maybe work out dvd later

7/24 Sat: 2 hours of yard work and a leisurely 30 minute walk

7/26 Mon: Another 2+ hours of yard work in the blazing heat. Ugh
