6/24 Thursday: 20 minutes stepping (wii fit)
6/25 Friday: 20 minutes power walking (using the running part of wii fit) 6/26 Saturday: 10 minutes yoga, 10 minutes power walking (5 of the minutes pumping arms with a three pound weight in each hand). Ended up also doing 20 minutes stepping in the evening. Boyfriend had late shift I was bored. 6/27 Sunday: 30 minutes stepping (5 with weights). 6/28 Monday: 30 minutes power walking (5 with weights). 6/29 Tuesday: 30 minutes stepping, 5 minutes heavy lifting (immobile stroke patient, little old lady, but man is she ever solid). 6/30 Wednesday: 20 minutes power walking. |

6/24 Thursday: Today I went shopping at the grocery store for healthy foods and I spent THREE HOURS walking around! I wanted to make sure the foods I got were healthy and good. From all that walking around, I lost a pound which I'm proud of. :) 6/25 Friday: Biked for 5 miles. It took me 12 minutes and some change. Tomorrow I'm going to try and make it 10 miles. Also, while cleaning the house I went on a complete dancing frenzy! I moved my booty... literally! :lol: 6/26 Saturday: Biked outside 5 miles. For the record, ACTUAL biking and machine biking are really different. It took me 12 minutes on the machine and 40 minutes outside on an actual bike. Also, my legs were feeling the burn on the outside bike. No way could I do 10 miles outside like I thought. :o 6/27 Sunday: Cleaned the whole house today. Got every nook and cranny. I also tried going to the pool at the YMCA but as soon as I got there it started raining so they closed it. 6/28 Monday: Cleaned while dancing. :D My mother is having a baby soon so we're making sure the house is spotless. 6/29 Tuesday: Went to the doctors today with my mother. False labor, but her contractions are getting closer and closer. We also went for a long walk today to help her settle down and calm her. 6/30 Wednesday: Cleaned and danced today for an hour. :D Also did some running around and got my hair cut. Praying for this last pound to come off! |

6/25 Friday: 25 minutes of cardio 6/26 Saturday: The only thing I did Saturday was walk at shopping centers. I didn't really get my heart rate up, but it was better than nothing. 6/27 Sunday: Intense 20 minute cardio workout 6/28 Monday:I marched in place for 30 minutes at a fast pace while listening to music. Not quite as boring as it sounds and my legs were on FIRE! 6/29 Tuesday: 30 minutes intense strength training 6/30 Wednesday: 30 minutes mixed workout with weights like lunges, squats etc. as well as a few sets of curls and tricep extensions |

07/02 Fri: Done! 50 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical for 4.5 miles 07/03 Sat: Done! 25 minute upper body interval workout, 25 minute lower body interval workout, 10 minute ab workout - 60 total 07/04 Sun: Done! 25 minute bootcamp workout, 25 minute total body interval workout - 50 total 07/05 Mon: Done! 48 minute walk & sculpt workout 07/06 Tues: Done! 50 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical for 4.5 miles 07/07 Wed: Done! Or at least I'm calling it done - I did a 20 minute total body conditioning DVD this morning & even though I wanted to do more, I chased 4 kids under the age of 6 around all day & I am beat! |
