07/09 Fri: 7 minutes walking, 3 minutes jogging. (sunburnt) staying out of the pool a few days.
07/10 Sat: 10 minutes power walking. wearing one pound wrist weights for an hour

07/17 Sat: yardwork & push mowing for 2 hours
07/18 Sun: 50 minute walk for 3.5 miles
07/19 Mon: 30 minute cardio bootcamp, 30 minute HIIT on the elliptical for 2.6 miles
07/20 Tues: 40 minute "Rock Hard Body Extreme" with Steve Maresco
07/21 Wed: 50 minutes HIIT on the elliptical for 4.6 miles (I finally got above 4.4 miles! :D)
