the last time i started my weight loss mission hah. I friend of mine and I joined a gym, we went twice and she ditched me, i went a couple times and decided i hated going by myself. I would talk to them about seriously commiting themselves to loosing weight, if they let you down again. I say find someone else to commit to this journey with you!! you need someone that will support you and you can support them excercise and etc. Good Luck!!
Them not showing up is about them not you . Don't take it too personally.
