I humbly apologize, fawn. I see that my post (about cost and worth, etc) was waaay too brief and abrupt (i was on my way out the door). And I didn't realize you had small children (babysitting, whew! Really expensive!) or that you live in a smallish town (ie, no adult education classes.)
So yes---dvd's and home instruction will get you all the benefits of yoga!

Ha! I personally practice a little-known form of yoga called *bum-knee yoga*, and I have a friend who's just invented *carpal-tunnel wrist yoga*.
basically, what we do is what yoga we can interspersed with our assigned physical therapy exercises.
There is one rule and one rule only: If it hurts you have to stop. Period.
