I will stay on plan today because I finlly am feeling the energy and happiness I had back in 2008... the last time I was in the two-teens. I don't ever want to see the 220's again!

I'll stay OP today because that is who I am now... If it is week day I am OP. It's automatic now... It is how my life is... It is just another week day and they are ALL OP.
