Because I am at 140.6 this morning, (and I'd LOVE to see 139 one of these days). I have a beautiful New Easter Dress, new shoes, purse and jewelry... and a wonderful family that is so proud of me. My main goal today is not to lose control. Pretty is, what pretty does.

Because even though it's Easter I can stay on plan. I feel I have more control over what I eat now. I don't have to eat junk food just because it's there or quick.

Because yesterday I took the kids to the pool again and had one of those really fun, massive slow calorie burns. Now to keep my easter candy pledge...

I'm staying on my plan today because I feel a little bit better with every pound I lose. I'm staying on plan today beause I've worked so hard to lose these pounds, I don't want to have to lose them again. I'm staying on plan because I know how much better it is (at least or me) to be thin than to be fat chick!
