- I stayed in my calorie range yesterday - I am grateful. I wanted to overeat, but I did not.
- willingness to accept my weight staying the same since I weighed two weeks ago. I've been away from home nearly 11 of thoses days and I did not gain. I thought I was careful enough to have lost some weight - but, really I am grateful to stay the same rather than any gain.
- Mom had a good doctor's appointment yesterday
- dh's sister and our neice are coming for supper on Easter. It's three hour drive for them - I am glad they are coming.
- friends, family, this site, internet, cell phone

I am thankful for my wonderful boyfriend, thankful for healthy kids, thankful I'm adhering to my getting healthy plan even though I've had some obstacles.
- that I am alive to see such beautiful weather
- on this weekend that Christians celebrate Christ's death and resurrection, I am grateful for Christ
- daffodils
- the veggies that come with spring and summer
- friends, family, 3FC, indoor plumbing, email, Internet, cell phone, satellite tv
- family and friends
- freedom to hop in my car and drive practically wherever I desire to go
- warmth outside!
- my job and that I have one I enjoy
- health
- April showers
Even though I only lost 2 lbs in March - I still had a great month. The fact that I didn't gain and was able to mostly maintain during an illness and a vacation is something that I dont think I could do before. I am grateful for all I have learned in my journey and thankful I am smart enough to know I have more to learn!
