Down to 211 this morning after a long weekend with a house full of company. I ate on plan. That is a huge NSV for me. Honestly - giving up meat and that being why I don't eat like everyone else is somehow easier than not eating like everyone else because I don't eat that stuff. How weird is that??? Thinking of checking out the ticker factory - weight loss doesn't feel real until I see it on my ticker. :-)

Well I'm in onederland... quite firmly. 198.2 this morning. I'll keep coming back to this thread to cheer you all on!!!!!! Besides I like the daily accountability of weighing and posting it on HERE!

The 30s forum has a "Dive under 185" thread. I am lurking for another couple lbs. A couple of us are about to cross over to your side, cf. Maybe set up something like that with the next mini-goal and have daily weigh-ins on it after March is over?

Oh BeachBreeze2010, you are practically there!

I was 204 again this morning. It got me wondering if the 202 was the fluke instead of the 204. However, there is nothing for me to do but keep on keeping on. I am going out of town tomorrow so tomorrow's weigh in will be the last that I have for a few days. I will still be 100% on plan even though traveling so maybe when I get back I will see the magic number.

Me ladies, I think I shouldn't have joined. I'm having the WORST MONTH EVER!!! My weight is STUCK at 217.4. It bobs up from there, but never down. I am sticking to be plan LIKE GLUE-- I'm being even more neurotic about weighing and measuring ever bite than before.

I must be the first person in the history of mankind who doesn't lose even after taking up RUNNING.

I'm so depressed.

Every single day, I step on the scale and I say "oh, it's because I'm sore, or I ate sodium, or I haven't pooped, it HAS to move tomorrow, and then, nothing.

Uber - Do you have any health problems that might cause your weight to stick like that? Maybe present your food journal and scale history to the dr next time you go in? An entire month seems like a long time?? Maybe the more experienced vets have some ideas? Regardless, you are sure to be in better shape from running and the good foods are terrific for your body regardless of the weight loss. As you get closer and closer to goal, you'll appreciate the fitness. Keep going!!

Well my official weigh in day isn't til Friday, but after my bad weekend I've been weighing daily for the last few days, and I'm SO pleased to see that today the water retention has gone and taken with it another 1.5lbs, to hit my 5st/70lbs loss, and 204lbs!!!
I'm SO happy today to see a lower number on the scales and it feels like Onederland is getting much closer finally.
