you can get through this, I know it!! I used to be addicted to Dr. Pepper too... Now I only drink diet sodas- especially diet dr pepper and diet mountain dew! It still tastes mostly the same And I will look for only the frozen meals that are on sale at Wal-Mart and go to the grocery stores that have the best deals that week for produce, meat, etc... Just make a list and stick to it. Menu planning works wonders!
