Because I have been hovering at 230/231 for about ten days now, even with being completely on plan, and I really, really want to get into the 220's. Finally. Please.

Because I feel fantastic today and I know tomorrow I will feel even better if I stay on plan! AF is ending so I'm going to work my butt off (literally haha) to see a nice drop in the scale next week!
