I will stay on plan today because when I stepped on the scale this morning I saw 149.2!!! I haven't seen 140 anything since June or July. Calorie Counting IS working. lol OH-and upping my workouts from say, 30 min 2 or 3 times a week, to 45-60 min, 5 or 6 days a week...duh!? 130 here I come....
I will stay on plan today because I'm worth it, I really want to lose weight, but I'm not trying hard enough. So today I will make it the first day in a long time that I really am on program!
I will stay on plan today because I really want to get to 199. During the holidays I am going to hold on to this thought. Getting to onederland is much more important to me than eating sweets and starches! Onederland is going to be my present to myself!
Because in less than two months I'm going to India for a month... the land of the tiny people! And I REALLY don't want to be the huge ginormous fat American chick any more than I have to be. *sigh*
Oh and did I mention I'm meeting my online best friend of 4 years and "special someone" for the past year and a half finally? And that he STILL weighs 40lbs less than me??
Granted, when we became friends it was 130 (he put on a few haha)... but still!! ugh!
I'm going to stay on plan today, because there is no compelling reason NOT to! I am happier and healthier when I do, and darnit, I want to ring in the new year at 199!
