I *have* to stay on point for the rest of the day! That small slice of chocolate birthday cake I had was deliciously dangerous... I can not afford to waste calories on cake! I want to be in a new decade next weigh in!

Because I am so close to the 220's I can taste it (hmmmm, possibly a bad choice of word). It's so important that I concentrate on breaking this barrier because I haven't been into the 220's in years. It's like breaking a logjam for me.
