Did my 20 minutes of step again, man I feel good! The fact that I made it through almost entire week (work week), I'm off on the weekends!

Not sure it'll be a 1 mile or 2, tonight, but I will keep on movin!

Not a bad week exercisewise for me. Three fifty-minute sessions of water exercise and two very long walks and one shorter one.

Walked 2 miles on Friday .

Will continue to do "step" 3 x a week and will walk and work on abs 2x a week.

My back is killing me today, but I'm not going to let that stop me. I've been having problems with my back since I was in high school, and ****, I was only 145 lbs, back then.....Ahhhhh the good ole days (when we thought we were fat, but were really hot )

I'm SHOVING on you Jennifer. You've been one of my inspirations since I joined this thread. I have energy to shove you today because for some reason, I don't seem to have to shove me to go to the pool today. Could it be because it's so darn hot? The pool is indoors, heated and the air is always warm in there because it's at a rehab facility but it still feels good on a stinker day like we have today.

I can't help you on the water because I was bad myself yesterday and have to push me on that today too. Again I think the heat will help me there (and not to overeat because who wants anything heavy. Ugh.
