Well how did everyone do yesterday? I was way over on my points, didn't exercise but on the plus side I did drink more water than I have been lately. So far today I've had a good healthy breakfast, have my water bottle right beside me and went for a 2 mile walk. I think I"m on the right track today. Take care all. We can do this!
I did pretty good yesterday... I stayed in my points range, drank LOTS of water (sometimes I feel like I live in the restroom! ), & took a 1 mile walk last night. I have weigh-in tomorrow & am really hoping the scale moved down.

I'm going to make mine an easy one. I want to be down 5 lbs by labor day. That is reachable for me. Hopefully I'll go way past that but if i just make it i'll be very happy.
That's all I have to say about myself at lunch today. Oh I blew it big time. I ate a ton of ice cream. ACK!!!! I don't know what I was thinking. It was like being in slow motion and completely unable to stop myself.
Okay well the day isn't over yet. Drake is having a nap so I'm going to hop on my exercise bike and bike for 30 minutes. Dinner will have to be rabbit food if I'm to even think about getting back into my points range.
Count me in. Hopefully five lbs worth although I'd really like to be at 235 by Labor Day. If not, I'll be happy with the 238 by labor day and 235 by my b.d. on the 15th .
Morning all. How is everyone doing? I rallied on Tuesday, did my biking to counter all the ice cream I hogged down. Yesterday was really good, stuck to my points, drank lots of water and got in a short walk despite the heat. So far today I have walked 2 miles. It is supposed to rain this afternoon (please!!!!) and it was actually quite cool with a nice breeze earlier. It's gotten more humid since then but let's just pray for rain.
I'm doing okay... yesterday was okay. That dang ol' TOM started yesterday, so I'm feeling bloated & FAT, but at weigh in I still lost 2 pounds, so that's good. Only 12 more pounds to go to meeting my mini-goal I also stuck to my "walk a mile a day" goal yesterday & actually enjoyed myself!
Hi, Labor Day.... That's reunion time for my fam. Aug 31st to b exact. I hope I cn keep the progrm goin and lose 8 lbs. Started at 219 this X arnd. Want to wt. 211-210 by Sept 2. Dnt knw how I will do it. Currently, wt in at 216 lbs. I thnk the diff is H2O wt. Time will tell if I cn get to 210 that will be my lowest in 4-5 yrs. WOW.
The past two days haven't been totally OP but I have done at least 2 good healthy meals a day and drank water, I did cave in and jump on the scale today and actually gained a pound!!!! GRRRRRRRRR But I am going to try to be good and not weigh in until Monday.
I've had 2 OP days, exercised both days and drank lots of water. I'm fearing weigh in though because of TOM. I always retain tons of water and with this heat probably even more. I"m just going to skip it til I start taking my pills again.
How is everyone doing today? I had a nice walk early this morning and it started to rain. So I was soaked by the time I got home but who cares? Better to be rained on that soaked with sweat from the nasty humidity!
Having a good day. Exercised in water today, drank lots too. Probably not the best on food because I gave myself the day off but not really bad either.
We finally got a little rain this evening. Hope that's the last of our humidity for a day or two.
