Yes, it's easily possible with supplements. It's just not easily possible for some people *without* supplements.

The clear material you lay on is not glass, it's acrylic, which is very strong. I was told at the gym their beds did not have a weight limit. I'm a size 20 right now and I lay in them all the time.
