Unhappily for my fat intake, I could eat deep fried Brie as a starter, followed by macaroni cheese, then cheese cake followed by cheese and biscuits as a regular meal! I tend not to, however.

Glad dairy works for you.....
It may take a while, I gave up dairy and it was one of the best things I did. Avocado is actually a good substitute for cheese (creamy and provides fat).

Thank you all. I did buy two small containers of yogurt just to see if I like it. I hadn't tried it in a long time, so there's no harm in trying it. If it doesn't work for me, then hey, I'm out 50 cents. Trying new things in my diet is what is important because I don't want to get bored and quit. So yogurt is just something I am going to try. Just like I will try Soy Milk. I have never had it, so I'm going to see how it will taste. If I don't like it, then back to 2% milk for me. Like rockinrobin and star2be said, its about seeing what works for me, not trying to choke down food.
