3 mile walk including 1 medium sized hill, wish there was something a little more challenging around hillwise but I"m not going to go drive somewhere so I can walk, sort of defeats the purpose!

Hi everyone.. I'm new on this board.. I was on the WW 100 club .. but it was wayyyy too slow for me.. so, if you don't mind I'm going to hop on here. You guys seem like a fun bunch! (btw.. my profile is posted)

I have never like exercise much - but last night at my WW meeting I got my pointsbooster! It's too cool!

This morning for the first time in my life I mowed the lawn! I always thought it was a "man's job" - no way! My 2 year old dd stayed outside with me and played. What a great way for me to get outside her outside and have me exercise. I earned 3 WW points.

Too cool!

Bringing this back up, a new one hasn't been started lately and this one only had a few posts on it anyway.

Walked a couple of miles today, I had to cut short my usual route as Drake started fussing so I headed home.

Today I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for a half hour ( 1.51 mile), did lower body wieghts. I had an all around good day today. I could have done better on my food, but i'll try harder tomorrow.

Default Bad lately...

I need to get into a really good habit of getting my butt moving in the morning. But I am normally so dang tired that all I want to do is go back to bed!!!

Argh..... This time of the year is so hard. Never-ending running with the kids. End of the school year activities... Just so incredibly busy! I'm hoping that things will slow down next week and get just a tad easier! That would be nice!!!

This morning I did a short 30 minute workout and later on in the evening I took a couple of short bike rides (no clue on miles) but spent perhaps 45 minutes out and about.

I also pulled the old thigh master out of the closet, I have been pumpin away on it off and on while sitting at the computer.. wonder if this thing really works, I guess I'll have to let you all know.

Didnt do to well foodwise, overate at dinner ... but oh well, tomorrows another day.

Ok This week:

Monday: Went to gym, walked 20 minutes (a little over 1 mile) did weights for arms, did 200 crunches (2 different types of crunches, one does upper abs, one does lower abs)

Tuesday: Packed 4 boxes, and moved a bunch of stuff around. According to my "activity points booster" I earned 2 exercise points. Never knew you could count packing as exercise!!!

Today I looked at a house to buy and walked around the whole place ( half up hill and the other half down hill) and I had to hold my 2 year old.

I then mowed the yard, 1/2 acre. I think I did pretty good. I have to mow the rest of it tomorrow. And I'm going to do an ab. workout at the gym tomorrow.

Tell you all about it then.

man.. you guys really work out!! I don't even know what crunches are

yesterday dh and I walked 1 mile after he came home from work. I also played outside for some time playing catch with my 2 year old. Yesterday I only ate 24 points- weird, eh? Those garden burgers do such a good job filling you up!

Doing great, Dana!!! Walking is so good for you
What is your target point max for a day? I've never done WW.... I have wanted to, but the meeting times around here are so limited. I watch one little baby during the day (in addition to my 5-year old, who will start KG this fall), have three that come off the bus (my daughter & two neighbor kids). The only night meeting that I'm aware of in my area is 1/2 hour from me.
