I know they only say we are given what we can handle, but wouldn't it be nice if they didn't trust us so much?!

Hang in there. Times are tough but you can make it through. Step away from the scale for a while. You have had an amazing weightloss, but there will always be times when we stall, and stress and can definitly make that happen. Either way that doesnt mean you can't continue your phenomenal journey. You have come such a long way, some times we run, sometimes we walk and other times we need a little piggy back ride. You will be running again soon. If that makes sense.

I so understand... I am right there with you.. I am having to put my dad in a nursing home today for rehab from his 4th stroke last week.
He has always told me not to put him there. But I had no choice.

I am staying on plan ok.. I am just not finding time to workout.
I know that is the only way this diet is going to work..

Anyway.. hang in there girl...

I am sorry to hear how you are going to through a hard time... My mother has cancer so I know how that can weigh down on you.

...I agree with GirlyGirl... you can only control the healthy changes you make for yourself. Each day your health is improving, even if you aren't seeing a change in numbers on the scale. Be proud of yourself! You have come so far... yr loss is inspiring!

I'm picturing us on that road with the skyline of Onederland rising in the distance. Have you noticed that we can make out the details more clearly and that the city seems ever bigger as we get closer. I see you pull up on the side of the road, bending over trying to catch your breath and notice all the mud on your shoes. This last bit of road has been muddy and slick but the sun will come back and dry it up and make it fast going again, honest. Take a minute, catch your breath and then we better get a move on 'cause we're burning daylight and have some miles to go before we sleep.

Hold on tight to everything you've accomplished. I know it's hard right now, but maybe try new ways to control your stress. Have you ever thought about trying boxing? A punching bag could help a lot.

I hope everything turns out okay with your family.
