I was craving chocolate and lots of it even though it was only 9 in the morning! SO, instead of yogurt for breakie I had a low fat pudding cup with cut up strawberries with my WW bagel and spray becel. LOL...not exactly what I thought I wanted but the bagel filled me up and the pudding/strawberries filled the sweet spot.

I said no to the pizza I served the kids for dinner. Im drooling all over myself and dying to lick my fingers, but I said no, several times because one bite will lead to one slice will lead to 2 slices . . . and I have worked to hard and come to far to wreck it all on pizza!

Somebody I've known for years, who I see almost every day, passed me in the hall today and said, out of the blue, "Lisa, you look great." Well, that felt great!

It's funny, I was a little nervous about wearing the shirt I have on. It's a little clingy, and I was afraid it might be too tight. I guess it's just tight enough to accentuate the changes.

I wore long underwear under my dress clothes the last couple of days, and my pants still fit with room to spare! That was quite exciting!

Whoops, how did NSV's slide to page 4? I try to read them for inspiration when I am in need of some. I overtrained a bit over the weekend (I was showing off, hang my head in shame--I know better) so I was still a bit sore yesterday but I went to the gym last evening and worked on some of the other muscle groups instead of using my soreness as an excuse.

I fell a bit OP yesterday and instead of throwing my hands up in defeat, I took it on the chin, told myself it was okay, I was allowed to have not-perfect days and got back OP with a vengence today. I worked out twice even though it is so freakin' cold all I wanted to do was curl up in a ball under a blanket with my little ones!

Wow you are really doing good!
Today at the gas station two guys were checking me out and one of them flirted with me. That felt wonderful because I haven't had that happen in so long! It made me feel like a sexy toay. Today at the place where I work out, two people told me I had lost weight including one lady who told me right in the middle of class. People are noticing and I like it! I also liked the guy in the grocery store who was smiling at me. I went shopping today and it was a big plaza. Instead of getting in my car and going from shop to shop, I parked farthest away and walked to each store! I used to couldn't do that because I was so tired now I did and I was proud of myself. There was one main store that was about half a mile away. Did I drive my car to it? Nope! I had on my sneakers so I walked there to and back. I forgot my sunglasses so that kinda sucked but hey that's what hands are for (blocking out the sun). I also did two classes today!

As of today, I am now under the weight that I was when I met my husband. From here out, he's never seen me this thin, and that's exciting!

Coincidentally, I have just crossed the "lost 20% of my bodyweight" mark, too.

And it seems like every week I am finding new places where my bones or muscles can be felt under my skin. So cool.

My husband is still losing weight too, and DANG is he looking good. He catches me ogling him all the time now.
