My parents came over for dinner and we ordered Chinese for dinner. I made myself a small plate and a large salad. In the past I would have piled the plate AND had seconds!!

Today I clipped my toenails and it was so easy - didn't have to contort my body, just bent over and clipped 'em. Felt great!

Whooo! Two victories in ONE day...I spent the whole afternoon toboganning with my kids!! AND we walked the 25 minutes to the hill!!! (Just think of the calories that MUST have burned while having fun at the same time!!!) Last winter I SO could not have done that!! YAY!!

I have a few....

I got a bodybugg and have been getting in my 10,000 steps and the required calorie burn (3300 calories).

I got out of the morbidly obese BMI rating. Yahoo!!!

A pair of pants I had on a week ago that were loose on me I now had to put a pin in them to keep them up. I don't even own pins, as if in the past I really needed them but I borrowed one from a neighbor. That was awesome! :carrot:

My husband went crazy when I was doing my hair in the mirror Friday. He told me that he likes the "C" shape my butt has and that he loves it and everytime I passed by him he would grab my butt. :D He also filled up my gas tank the night before my workout so I wouldn't have to worry about running out of gas.

I had the worst cramps today but I still got up and did a one hour workout.

My daughter told me she is happy that I have lost weight and she loves going out to stores with me and she is not ashamed anymore. (more on that later).

I looked up the bodybugg a couple weeks ago, but I found it quite expensive. Is it really worth the money, and do you really like it?


I am eating six small meals a day, working out at least an hour a day, calorie counting, and I threw out all the junk food in my house!!

I fit in the desks at school without any discomfort this week. Maybe by the end of the quarter there will be space between me and the desk - we'll see!

Yesterday I tried on a pair of my old pants...and was able to fit both my legs in one leg and pull them almost all the way up like that. It was pretty funny and a little shocking.

My new watch was too loose while using the last hole, so I had to tighten it up and use the second-to-last hole instead! This might not sound like a big deal, but, I bought this watch in December right before Christmas. It is the first watch I've bought/worn in five years, because my wrists were so large that I couldn't wear women's watches at all. When I bought this watch a month ago, I had to try on basically every single women's watch at Fossil to find *one* that I could wear.

And now it's in the second hole. I just can't believe it!

I'm in a size 14 pants too! Soo weird to actually walk in the normal size section to shop! :D

My "skinny" jeans fit me, straight out of the dryer. I wore them all day sitting down and I wasn't cut in half.

I think am PMSing and I really really REALLY wanted a big plate of pasta today for dinner. But, I actually took the time to chill out, made a healthy fruit shake first, and then when the cravings were still there, I had smart pop 94% fat free popcorn instead. (and in addition to patting myself on the back, may I also say, a BIG thank god for orville redenbacher! )
