Red face UPDATE to back issues

Well I saw my doctor today and he said the disk is herniated again. I have to have surgery again. This time I have to have a fusion. My doctor said that I shouldnt do any exercise (even in bed) until after my surgery. I am not very happy. But I know that things will be ok. Please pray that this is the last surgery I need. Thanks for all your prayers and encouraging words....I Love

I'm hopeful that this will be your last surgery.

But DON'T let this set you back! Remember that losing weight is about 90% food and 10% exercise ... so by controlling your food and continuing to eat healthfully you'll still move along your path.

(((hugs))) and I hope you are feeling better soon!

My thought are with you!

I wish you quick healing and recovery from the surgery you'll need, and the peace of mind to not let it rattle you much.

Sorry to hear you have to have surgery. Be encouraged, though -- All those years my husband had that terrible pain, he could barely walk, but he still shed a whole person's worth of weight. You can do it, even without being able to exercise for a while. You can do it!

I'm sorry you have to go through this. It's good you're getting it over with and will be back on your feet again. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
