Monday - went to the gym, didn't do anything specactular besides a really good chest/arms/abs workout. Walked about 1/2 mile and just got tooooo tired.
Thanks Beth Anne for getting this for me, got up early, so had to jump right into taking care of the kiddies.... gotta get ready for the day, will be back to post my stuff in a bit
treadmill for a quick 5 min then
stair master for 15 (did a few min backwards for a great butt killer) did about 1.5 miles up and 400 cals witha whoping 50 flights of stairs!!!
then did 100 horrible crunches on the ball and then did some but lifters too
Okay... I'm back in the groove. Had butt surgery two weeks ago. That's right, butt surgery... had to have a highly suspicious mole removed right smack dab in the middle of one butt cheek... goodness gracious. I told them to feel free to lop off a goodly portion of my behind while they were at it (but apparently, they thought I was kidding). Anyway, I can finally can get back to exercising again.
Going to do a half hour of brisk walking on the treadmill today.
Got some dancing in yesterday and today, will do more in a bit..., probably do the training exercises when hubby comes home, and maybe break out my ball today to do some ab work
well, I danced like a fool today, got on the ball, and did crunches, 3-point crunches, and squats, worked with my hand weights... so, I got a bit of moving in
