Default Butt Movers #9

Ok its week 9 girls, how are you all doing??


Monday - went to the gym, didn't do anything specactular besides a really good chest/arms/abs workout. Walked about 1/2 mile and just got tooooo tired.

I took it real easy today my gut is soo bloated i thought that i was going to burst!!!

All i did was walk for 20 min. that was a good warm up just over 1 mile watch out for tomorow!!!

Thanks Beth Anne for getting this for me, got up early, so had to jump right into taking care of the kiddies.... gotta get ready for the day, will be back to post my stuff in a bit

Ok, well I started off the week good,

Monday: Walked 1/2 hour (1.58 miles), a great arm and abb workout, swam about 8 laps.

Tuesday: Stayed home and was sick as a dog with my youngest. (I would rather go to the gym, lol)

I'm just glad my work outs are starting to pay off. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow so I can continue with my workouts.

I rarely earn extra credit

So i must over do it at the gym

treadmill for a quick 5 min then
stair master for 15 (did a few min backwards for a great butt killer) did about 1.5 miles up and 400 cals witha whoping 50 flights of stairs!!!

then did 100 horrible crunches on the ball and then did some but lifters too

Okay... I'm back in the groove. Had butt surgery two weeks ago. That's right, butt surgery... had to have a highly suspicious mole removed right smack dab in the middle of one butt cheek... goodness gracious. I told them to feel free to lop off a goodly portion of my behind while they were at it (but apparently, they thought I was kidding). Anyway, I can finally can get back to exercising again.

Going to do a half hour of brisk walking on the treadmill today.

Ok,

Today was a good workout day. And here is my weekly tally,

Monday: Treadmill 1/2 hour, upper body weights, swimming for about 15 min.

Tuesday: Nothing (sick kids and sick me)

Wednesday: Rec. Bike 1/2 hour, Lower body wieghts, Swam 4 laps ( the pool had to many people)

So that is my weekly tally. I will have to go to the gym this sat. so I can get in a 5 day workout. That's no fun, lol

Got some dancing in yesterday and today, will do more in a bit..., probably do the training exercises when hubby comes home, and maybe break out my ball today to do some ab work

Thursday: 1/2hour on the treadmill, upper body weights, 14 laps in the pool.

So I had a pretty good day.

well, I danced like a fool today, got on the ball, and did crunches, 3-point crunches, and squats, worked with my hand weights... so, I got a bit of moving in
