My butt walked 2 Miles today for the FIRST time in 2 years!!! Whoopppeeee!!! the last time I walked more than a mile, was on the walk for hunger, 2 years ago this weekend. I am so proud of myself.. but I'm definately feeling it!!!

whoop whoop!! hehe, just got done, 25 mins on the treadmill, 20 mins dance/step, plus this morning, did training exercises with hubby
