Welp, my butt has moved today, and it was great fun
last night I made myself a workout cd, 2 different workouts on one cd, about 36 mins each... today started out with Brena by a perfect circle to do a ballet style warmup, then a few faster songs to dance and do step to, then my supercharge Paranue,( the capowiea (sp?) song from the movie "Only the Strong" (If you haven't seen it, rent it immediately!!!) and the remix of Pinks Get the Party Started...then into slower songs to cool down...ending with Shakira's Underneath your clothes, for a ballet style cooldown, a few dance moves that stretch every muscle in your body, what more could you ask for??? I still have to do my training exercises with hubby tonight too
