Because holy cow, I got to change my ticker FINALLY! It has been exactly ONE MONTH since I have gotten to move that ticker down. And it feels good! I wanna do it again, real soon
I'm staying on plan today because I need to..... Ive been off for over a month - an I feel like crap! I need to want to do this... to feel better and be healthier!! I can do it 1 day at a time

Because I'm not far enough away from 200 for comfort yet. I have my sights set on the 170s; if I'm reallyreallyreally good, maybe I'll see them by the end of the month.
I am staying on plan today becuase I have recommitted. I have been "coasting" for the past month although I have not gained anyweight, I haven't lost any either. I have recommitted to my plan and more iportantly myself!!
Because I recently entered into a pact with 4 coworkers to lose weight and get into shape by the end of the year and we'll be charting our weight and body fat percentage every 2 weeks. Now I'm going to be held accountable!

Yesterday I resisted peanut butter cups and tortilla chips (my FAVORITE foods), huge portions of pasta at a family-style restaurant with friends, AND the s'mores they made at the bonfire afterwards... Sheesh!
