When I began this journey, many moons ago, I lost 62 lbs. This was before I had some personal problems in my life that I allowed myself to gain weight back. I went from 250-188. I wasn't the "perfect" dieter. I don't think I ever had 1 perfect OP week. But one thing I did then was keep my water up. I swore by it. Alot of people told me prior to that about that water. I didn't really believe it. But I did it, and it helped me so much. It helped with cravings, it helped with exercise. It helped with flushing out the body.
Water helps muscles. If your not drinking enough water or exercising a little bit, you will lose muscle, not fat.
Were all different. But if I had to choose one thing that helped me most, besides my support here would be water. Lots of it.
When I gained some of my weight back, I pretty much completely gave up water. Not to mention all the food. But am back on track now, chugging my water, and I can already feel a difference in my appetite.
Yesterday was abysmal, think I drank like 1 or 2 glasses. Bought myself a new water bottle. It is exactly 20 oz, so far today I have drank 2, working on my 3rd now. Post again tomorrow.
My hubby got fired from his job yesterday and while it isn't the end of the world it kind of derailed my yesterday. I couldn't focus on doing much of anything. I'll do better today.
