I want to get off my HBPressure meds and I can't wait to one day go shopping in a regular sized person store !!!!! no more shopping in only 1-2 stores for all my clothes

Because this morning I made it to a weight I never thought I would see again...229. I am in the 220's. I can hardly believe it. If that ain't enough to keep me on plan, I dunno what is!

Today i am staying on plan because my daughter reminded me i am still squishy.

She got stuck in a tree. I asked my teenage son to come help me get her out. She said, "no mom, let me land on you...your squishier"....LOL

out of the mouthes of babes. Kept me on plan though.
