I have a silly, petty reason. Aren't those the best motivators of all?
My sister had lapband surgery in May 2006. I started my journey in May 2007. She is my older sister - the one who always made fun of my weight through high school - although she is incredibly supportive now. As of today, we are the same weight. So, for today, I am staying on plan so I can weigh less than my older sister. Of course, I hope she keeps up with me - she can just do it a pound behind me!
I'm staying on plan today because even though I'm happy with myself now, I would be much better if I weighed less! Not the most creative reason, but it's the only thing I can come up with at 5:30 in the morning.
I'm staying on plan today because I almost didn't get through my exercises this morning... day 5 and they are kicking my butt... look out exercises I will get you!
I'm going to stay on plan today because I only feel worse when I don't! I've got way too much on my plate right now - and none of it is "healthy food" (haha!).
My eating is the one thing I have control over - and I won't give that up now, too!!
I'm staying on plan today because I was baddd last weekend and I want to prove to myself that I can make it through the weekend by being a good girl! Plus...my Dr. appointment and first weigh in is on Tuesday! =)
