I'm staying on plan today because the last time my Mom had a tragedy, I lost sight of myself completely and gained all my weight back while focusing on making sure she had a new home.

This time, I'm hoping there's no tragedy, but if there is, I want her to know that I will be healthy and strong, no matter what happens.

Because I hit the 50lb mark today!!!!! Exactly half of what I want to loose! It's all down hill from here... which is fantastic!

One reason I will stay on plan today is that I've got healthy food in the house and I want to eat well - practicing for the rest of my life.

I'm staying on plan today because the 230s look so much better than the 240s and I am soooooooo excited that the stall has lifted! The feeling of loosing weight is more than enough motivation to keep going!
