Just a note to say hi and welcome. I see a few are sneaking in I do not want you to get missed. I would like to invite you all to join us on the numbered thread. it is a general chat and this way we can get to know you and you us. and we can be of better support that way. please just jump in do not be afraid we do not bite. atleast not hard
well maybe I have been know to hurt just a little bit
What you will find is a great group of glals who have been there and amny who are just starting, some who are halfway, some getting back on the wagon and some who have been going on a roll. you will also find that we all do different plans some low carb, some WW, some just restriction. So do not be afriad to post what you do or your foods. do not forget to drink your water. no matter what plan you are on water is essential for your loss, and success. and an addition of activity to your plan is essential. make sure that what you are going to do is something you can follow for the rest of your life. or you will just put the weight back on. if you have a bad day that is ok. this is a plan not a strict diet. we all have bad days the important part is getting back up and doing it again. do not crusify your self for eating off plan. I will say though that if you do go off plan then the faster you get back OP then the easier it is to do.
