I'm in! Hey Pat, LOL! I have one of those $#@%& scales too... Well, I better make exercise my challenge until it becomes habit. So far these challenges have been helping me get off my fanny. So, I'll go for it again.
Challenge: Exercise for 20 to 30 minutes 5 days this week.
Pat do not wish for nay movement mine is going the other way with my fluid!! but i sure would like to see it drop in the next decade!! so You iknow count me in!!

Done deal... day 1 of exercise out of the way. And the weather is so mild right now (kind of freaky really), that my dog and I did the exercise walk together (he has a nice swift pace, so he keeps me going). Know old man winter will come roaring back later this week, so I might as well enjoy having my workout outside while I can.
Lord keep me from eatting the wrong foods...That is my goal...Today is the first day of my Atkins diet...WIsh you all well on your goals...Your friend...Sherry
Worked out today to RS Sweat and shout. It was an awesome workout. I was dripping. Did 100% better with chocolate today.
