At convenience stores they sell these round plastic containers of cereals. Cheerios contains 140cal, 29g carbs, 3g fiber, 4g protein, 2.5g fat. When I buy these, I save the containers to reuse. I like to snack on PLAIN Cheerios (I over indulge on the flavored stuff). If you do fill this container to the tippy-top, then it comes to 200 calories.
I also found Healthy Choice microwaveable popcorn. A bag is 260 cal, 52g of carbs, 10g of fiber, 8g of protein, 2g of fat.
After a workout I make a protein shake. 2c of skim milk, 1 scoop whey protein, 1T of Hershey's Special Dark unsweetened cocoa (found at a discontinued store, so this may be on its way out, if it isn't already), 7 ice cubes. Blend. 320 cal, 31g of carbs, 3g fiber, 42g protein, 2.5g fat. Makes about 40oz of chocolatey yumminess. I will also (at times) have this for breakfast. Not only is it very filling, but a excellent way to get your dairy/protein in.
Or, I like to stock up on sugar free gum. Pop about 3 at a time. Only 5 calories a stick, 2g of carbs, 2g of sugar alcohols. This will keep he mouth moving, thus no room to eat
