Mock spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce with a big salad. I threw away the garlic bread in the freezer, so I can't be tempted.

DH has a meeting tonight so I threw chicken boobs, broccoli and a can of mushroom soup in the crock pot this am. I picked up the kids from the sitter's and she'd fed them. D'oh! Ah well. It smells really good, so I just have to wait for the brown rice to cook and I'll have dinner. I have to exercise first, though.

Meals for the week:

Monday - Egg white frittata with chicken sausage, leek, bell pepper, broccoli, and zucchini

Tuesday - Because we liked it so much last time, Turkey breast meatloaf, brussels sprouts, and sweet potato spears

Wednesday - Whole wheat pasta with sauteed onions and peppers and chicken sausage, topped with a tbsp of fresh grated parmesan.

Thursday - Roasted pork tenderloin, mashed butternut squash with pumpkin butter, and green beans with garlic and lemon.

Friday - Chicken curry with chicken, mixed veggies, and red thai curry sauce, served over brown rice.
