I have a meeting for church, tonight, so DH is taking the kids out. I'm having a baked sweet potato, salad, cottage cheese, and some black seedless grapes.

I'm thinking about a baked potato...I've been craving it! I'm not sure though, I may have something else. Blah!

Tonight I'm having Northern Beans. I've been craving beans lately which is nice because usually I only crave cheeseburgers. =)

Veggie tacos - Morning star farm veggie crumbles, hot taco seasoning packet, 3 blue corn tortilla shells, a little low fat cheese, tons of salsa, chopped romaine, chopped roma tomato, side of baked butternut squash with 1 tbs of pumpkin butter

Low fat cottage cheese and pineapple. Hey, I actually love it. :D

Later I get some popcorn with cinnamon sprinkled on top. :carrot:

Salad with Pumpkin Saag and sauteed mushrooms.

I had a weird, but yummy, mish mosh of a dinner - a delicata squash, an egg white omlette, cucumber salad, and a romaine hearts, peppers, cucumber, red onions, tomatoes salad with balsamic vinegar. And yup, I actually planned that meal. :dizzy:

I had a pear and water. I"m starving but I"ll be alright.

smilely771 11-01-2007 11:49 PM

I had baked fish, and (squash, 1 sm potato, broccoli, bell peppers, and zucchini roasted with tsp olive oil and some spices ) I also added a bit of chicken broth. I love the ideas I've been getting from others about veggies, I love them now without the butter. :yay: also I think I'll always roast them...wow...yum,yum

flabtofab 11-02-2007 01:14 AM

tonight im going to boil a chicken breast with brown rice, loads of celery and brocoli... yummy

Gale02 11-02-2007 03:46 AM

I had 1/2 egg salad sandwich with some steamed veggies. It really wasn't that good so I tossed the other half. The veggies, on the other hand, were fabulous!

Well of course you're starving. Who wouldn't be with eating just a pear and water for dinner? In order for any of us to succeed at weight loss, we've got to EAT. Eating too little is a recipe for disaster, IMO. If for nothing else, it leads to binging and overeating later in the day. I eat small, frequent meals throughout the day in order to keep from getting hungry. I HATE that hungry feeling. If I was hungry all the time, I would NEVER, EVER stick to my plan and if I don't stick with my plan, well then how would I ever have lost 165 lbs? And then of course there's the fact that our bodies NEED fuel, nutrients, vitamins, minerals, CALORIES/ENERGY in order to function properly.
Sorry, I didn't mean to preach here, well maybe I did just a little tiny bit ;). But gosh, I want you to succeed AND be healthy.
