Today I am determined to stay on track food wise. And since it's payday, that means a stop at the shopping centre for groceries and a takeaway for dinner.

That takeaway is going to be sushi rather than something unhealthy like McD's or Chinese.

I am determined to eat well today even though I have received 20 panicked phone calls from people who need something done RIGHT NOW and that used to send me into stress eating. Not gonna do it today.

Today I am determined to exercise for at least 30 minutes, taken in 10-minute increments. I have a busy week, so it's easy to find excuses. In fact, I think I'll go do my second 10 minutes RIGHT NOW!!

Today I am determined to get my exercise indoors. The humidity is insane and, even after dark, I just can't handle my usual walking schedule. It's easy to let it become an excuse to not exercise, but I'm not letting that happen today!

Exercise! I actually drove to the gym yesterday, only to find out they had changed their child care hours. I would have had a grand total of 10 minutes to exercise. LOL So, I came home, and I'm going back today.
