Today I'm determined to drink water or decaf coffee instead of wine when visiting my friends. Today I'm determined to eat the cherry tomatoes I will bring to their house instead of unhealthy snacks they may serve.

Today I am determined to finish planning my meals for the rest of the week. I was doing them last night, and got through Wednesday when I saw it was after 11. I decided to try the "wendie plan" and vary the calories throughout the week but stay within an average. We'll see how it goes.

Today I'm determined to stay OP even though I have a horrible headache and my body is screaming "comfort foods!!!" Actually, my head hurts enough that I know if I eat anything I'll end up sick. I hate these headaches.

Today I am determined to go to the gym and do my cardio even though my back hurts. I won't do any strength training, just cardio. That won't harm my back. Just take some Tylenol and GO.

Today I'm determined to keep on keepin' on. Scales showed another loss today, and if I keep it up, not only will my official weigh in next Monday show more than 20 pounds gone, but I'll be able to move down to the next lower decade.
