Awesome! Thanks! I watch Exercise TV on Time Warner Cable, but I never knew that there were exercises online!

Excellent tip! I have fast enough internet, but my office isn't big enough to do it. It will take some consideration, but I'm sure I can figure something out... What a great resource (especially for those of us who are CHEAP!)
