Congrats on the losses, everyone! Yay, Anna -- Onederland!!

Sadly I have to report a 1-pound gain. I've been weighing in at 174 every morning this week, so I wasn't surprised. If I'd done my scheduled 8-mile run this morning, I would've sweated out that 1 pound, but I had insomnia last night so I can't do it until tomorrow. This is what 2 days of off-plan eating and PMS will get you! It's funny -- my sis-in-law was just saying last night that I should be able to eat whatever I want since I'm running 25-30 miles a week, and I tried to explain to her that it doesn't work that way. Here's the proof!!

I'm not changing my ticker because I'll be back down next week!

I'm glad to hear you still being positive after a down week, Lisa. Last week's 100 pounds and ten miles would have been hard to top and I think sometimes after a really great week it's hard to stay positive when the next week doesn't go as well. Good for you, lady!

I am down 5 lbs this week, I guess I made up for the 1lb last week. lol
My birthday goal was to be in the 240's, since I made that I am hoping in the next 35 days to loose another 8 lbs . I have not been in the 240's for about 4-5 yrs , so this is feeling good.

Wow congrats on all the losses and everyone sticking too it. I love reading the weigh in threads before I post mine. It gets me all hyped up..I just wanna run downstairs and exercise (which I think I will!).

Anyway, I lost 5 pounds this week! Which was super surprising since I stuck to my food but went a couple days without exercise. I suppose it didn't matter too much!

Down another pound this week.

My loss is slowing, but it's totally my fault. We've had a party to go to pretty much every weekend this summer. And well, I cheat. Still, I stay OP for the rest of the week, and I don't feel guilty about eating OP at parties. Maybe I should, but I don't. I'm still losing, it's just slower going. You'd think that the fact that I'm so close to onederland would keep me OP, but nope it hasn't!

I'm going to have to post my weight here a day early (Monday's my weigh in day) because I'm going on a short vacation. Anyway, I am down 4 pounds so far this week!
