Sadly I have to report a 1-pound gain. I've been weighing in at 174 every morning this week, so I wasn't surprised. If I'd done my scheduled 8-mile run this morning, I would've sweated out that 1 pound, but I had insomnia last night so I can't do it until tomorrow. This is what 2 days of off-plan eating and PMS will get you! It's funny -- my sis-in-law was just saying last night that I should be able to eat whatever I want since I'm running 25-30 miles a week, and I tried to explain to her that it doesn't work that way. Here's the proof!!
I'm not changing my ticker because I'll be back down next week!
