Well I weighed in on Friday and lost another 1.4lbs....not as good as my first week but still a loss! I don't know why it wasn't as good particularly since I added in some exercise. I know from the past sometimes you see it in subsequent weeks but I'm down a total of 6.6lbs in two weeks so I guess I should be happy....right???

So Chefsgirl it's 1.4 lbs for me and I am hoping by Friday I will make up for it!!

Can I join? I've been here (a lot, but not for 3 months - and I'm exactly where I was when I left, though I've gained and lost some since then...) before, but I need to GET WITH IT.

My short little story:
I've always struggled with my weight. At 18 I was 197, and did Weight Watchers to get down to 155 in about 9 months. I gained a little more in later college, but got back to 152 by the time I got married (at almost 23). I gained 50 lbs with my son, and when he was 6 months old (and we got the "Surprise!) BFP for Jaina I was still 185. I was 193 about a month PP with her, and I'm down to 170 now, but it's been such a very slooow process. I really struggle with my self control, and just like to eat too much! I would really like to get back down in the 150-range (though my ideal weight is more like 130 - I'm 5'3) QUICKLY, because I just got my IUD taken out, and we're going to TTC starting in July. You'd think I would just DO it. I know when I actually count my WW points and get some exercise in 2-3 times a week it WORKS. So why do I keep sliding backwards? (I lose several lbs, then put 2-3 back on.... lose several, put some more back on...) I'm going in the right direction, but not quickly enough. I need to get with it and really work hard the next 2 months! Because I know when I get pregnant, I'm going to be sick, and have to eat ALL the time, and not the healthiest stuff. So I want to start out in as good a place as possible! Thanks for "listening," just needed to get that all out. I'm going for a walk in half an hour. It's actually warm enough to take the kids out this morning!

Ciarra, I weigh in on Mondays, too! I am starting at 170 today. (Which is 1 lb less than last week - yay!) Do I count for last week if I just joined this thread?

I'm back at this seriously now too...I was down 70lbs when I left for vacation a month and a half ago...I gained 8lbs on holidays and have only been able to take 7 off...this last lb is driving me crazy!! I still have 45lbs to go from there but I want to at least get to where I've already been. Grrrrr!!

I was down 1lb as of May 2nd...I weigh in on Saturday so I'll be sure to post my losses (or gains) here from now on.

I do find it very inspiring to see how well everyone else can do...it motivates me to keep going!!

Hi all! Welcome Stacy, CTRSara! Chelley, nice work, oh how I wish I was making such good progress! Ciarra, you and I are neck and neck with similar stats, Ok, so I was down .8 this morning to 186.8. I know, it's like watching paint dry... And horror of all horrors, I have four, yes FOUR dinners out this week, ACK!!! May and June are just brutal with birthdays etc. I usually average around 50 activity points a week but I think this week I'm going to have to kick it in extreme mode to try and mitigate possible damages from eating out so many times, that and be extra cognizant when ordering food. That being said, wish me luck, have a good week all!
