Chrissy- I love Leslie Sansones Walking DVDs. I started at 240 and this was one DVD I could actually do without wanting to puke. I have now worked my way up to her fast 4 mile walk (that one has some jogging in it). These are the best workouts I have found. Good luck!!!

Noniegrace - I am doing WW. I've been doing it for awhile, but fell by the wayside for awhile and now have gotten back on track again. I was up to 235.4 when I weighed Monday morning and when I weighed this morning I was down to 231.4. I've work hard to stay on track with my points and have been out for a walk everyday except Wednesday.
For me, walking is the best exercise. I also try to lift weights and use the AbLounger everyweek.
Well, I'm up .6 and have been working my @ss off again this week - I'm bitterly bummed out, and would like to throw myself into a vat of chocolate... but I will persevere *sigh*
I did not weight in today because my day is Monday. I went to the chiropractor today and he commented that it look like I had lost weight since I had been there 6 weeks ago. That sure made my day.
I weighed in this morning and was down 3.2lbs. That means I am finally back down to the weight on my "weight ticker" and plan on it going down from there.
Walked 2 miles this morning, but looking at the weather for tomorrow I may have to hit the treadmill in the morning.
Great Job 02B whoo hoo I weigh in on Wednesday...since I have been so off track, and still not back but am exercising which is more than I have done in months. My daughter has decided to join me do some walk away the pounds dvd so I have motovation...
My weigh in is tomorrow and I'm all excited! The scale was down a good bit this morning. I am going to a Zumba class tonight and hoping for a great result tomorrow!
Hey guys it's been a while but my computer has been largely out of commission thanks to a killer virus grrr. Anyway, May is looking better for me: So far this month: 11 pounds with -3.4 of those from my weigh in yesterday!
(I gained in April--but I am coming back!)
