Hi Y'all ~ I hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying on track. I feel great and have been good today although I haven't had enough water. I find it hard to drink all my water on the weekends. During the week, at my desk at work, I am always drinking it but Saturday and Sunday, I just don't do it......I need to concentrate on doing better with that.
Myra ~ Don't you just hate being tied to the house?? Glad you have your car back. I am praying for your house situation.
Terri ~ WTG on losing 2.4 pounds!! WOW, that's great!! Doesn't it feel good to get to that next 10 mark? Those are my mini goal, getting down to the next group of 10's. When I get to those 50's, I'll be jumping for joy!! Congrats!!
I bought that 12 week journal the first week I started back, 1/3 ~ I love using it more than those little paper thingys. I also put down my emotions, feelings, etc....it's been a big help.
