For lunch this week I've had:
1/4 c. of hummus, about 10 baby carrots, 1/2 c. of sliced cucumber, 5 kalamata olives, and some naan bread. Sooo yummy and filling.

Just had a snack before bed - Arnold Thin, 1oz Weight Watchers Cream Cheese, and a Yoplait Banana Cream Pie Yogurt. I switched back to Momentum 3 weeks ago so the total points are 4 =D

2 eggs, toast, and canadian bacon. Thursday is my day off from the gym so I make myself a nice big breakfast since my weigh in is at 1 and I don't like to eat again before that!

Jim made this fantastic chicken

he lightly coated it in flour (not a lot...just enough to make a very thin coating) then he used Olive Oil to sear it in the frying pan. He made a glaze with a little bit of Honey and spicey mustard, coated the chicken and then put it in the pan in the oven. We did that with a nice big salad.

I counted it as 6 points+ for the chicken and then I used light ranch on my salad and had a little bit of 2% cheese in it so all together 12 points plus for dinner.

egg salad (1 boiled egg chopped with 2 tsp. of lite may and a small dollop of mustard; mix) = 3 points, on 2 slices of WW whole grain bread (2 points), 8 oz. fat-free milk (2 points), and a handful of grapes (zero points) and that was lunch!

Digital requiem- I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I made it last night too- it's one of our favorites. I was so excited to share it when I made it. So easy and yummy!

Lunch- I walked out of the house without what I'd prepared (and also without my coat, someone's ready for spring already!) So I went to the caf and got a salad with egg, onions, feta, sunflower seeds, chicken, raisins, and honey mustard dressing. Yum.
