Arrow Women's Health Big Book of Exercises

Has anyone used it? I bought a copy today as I really want to develop a personal weights program. I have been slacking off in this area and want to commit to it. Did the book help you?

Yes, I have this book.

I went through much of it with my trainer who said that the exercises looked mostly like good ones to him.

I use it mostly for the core/abs section.
Three pounds down; 47 to go.
