Well, I'm down 2 more pounds. That means that I'm 1 pound past my Halloween goal! Yay! And, I haven't bought ANY candy. I know I'll feel guilty if I don't hand anything out on Halloween, so I think I'll pick up a bunch of boxes of raisins or something like that, to pass out.

Well i'm still at 158.5 but at least i haven't gained lol I was bad though.....I wasn't supost to drink any alcohol and i did really good, but last night my hubby bough me a bottle of wine and i drank it............yes the whole bottle.......woops That REALLY added to my calories for yesterday lol Today was a new day though and i wont drink anymore lol

Well i weighed in yesterday and was 168 and i should have left it alone until the end of the week but i was just curious and i weighed myself today and was 172 wonder if its water weight. hrm cause thats a big jump for one day and i didnt eat alot from one weigh in to the next i kept within my calories but was low on water intake hmm. any suggestions. guess its a wait and see i hated seeing back above 170 sigh...ah well

Well, Chatterbox... did it turn out to just be water weight? I hope so.

How's everyone doing this week? Tomorrow's the big day!!!

I'm down 3 more pounds, so that's 217... which is 4 pounds past my Halloween goal! Yay!!!



Oh yeah, and I stuck pretty close to my "no candy" rule. We ended up buying a grab bag yesterday... you know, those little suckers and double bubble and stuff like that? So far, all I've snuck was a piece of double bubble. Oh, and I also got a big package of animal crackers. I figure I'll hand them out last, and that way if there are any leftover, it won't be too horrible to have around the house.

well im sorry i havent been able to post before now i have been so busy the last two days. congrats to everyone weather you lost or not you attempted to do so and that is what count. I weighed in on tuesday morning and lost a total of 7.8lbs so thats a great lost im proud of myself. I have been working so hard. i have only 16lbs to go for my end of year/christmas goal. so lets see if we can get there. and only 26lbs more til i hit my goal and although that doesnt sound like alot of lbs i have to rethink whwere i started i was 208lbs at the start im at 166 now *yeye* and i want to be about 140. so from 208 to 140 that is a giant goal in the end and a huge loss of 68lbs in the end and for me that is huge. I cant believe i have gotten down 42lbs now. i would always get 5 to 10lbs and then gain it back and now its just staying gone. I hope to hit my total goal by the time my youngest turns two wich is feb. 15th. hopefully i can do it a week or so before so i can supprise my hubby for vday. well see. good luck with the next goals you all have.
